This policy sets out our complaints policy. If you are a user of https://nasty.club/ (the “Website”), this policy forms part of your agreement with us.
Applicability
Whether or not you are a registered user of the Website, you may use this policy to notify us of any complaint relating to the Website.
How to Make a Complaint
If you have a complaint regarding the Website (including any complaint relating to content appearing on the Website or the conduct of a user), please submit it via https://nasty.club/removal or by email to support@nasty.club.
Your complaint should include your name, address, contact details, a clear description of the issue, and, where applicable, the URL of the content concerned. If you are unable to contact us electronically, you may write to us at the postal address below.
Complaints of Illegal or Non-Consensual Content
Upon receipt of a complaint alleging illegal or non-consensual content, we will:
- review and investigate the complaint in good faith within an appropriate timeframe;
- request additional information if necessary;
- complete our investigation within five (5) business days;
- remove the content immediately if it is determined to be unlawful or non-consensual and notify you accordingly;
- notify you if the content is determined not to be unlawful or non-consensual.
Any dispute regarding a determination that content is non-consensual may be submitted by us to a neutral arbitration association at our expense.
Complaints of Copyright Infringement
Complaints relating to copyright infringement must be submitted in accordance with our DMCA Policy. We will respond to such complaints as required by applicable law.
All Other Complaints
For all other complaints, we will investigate in good faith and take such action as we deem appropriate. Where a complaint relates to content that violates our Terms of Service, we may remove such content without further notice. We are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of these complaints.
Unjustified or Abusive Complaints
You agree not to submit complaints that are manifestly unfounded, abusive, or made in bad faith. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.
All reported complaints will be reviewed and, where applicable, resolved, with a response provided to the complainant within five (5) business days or sooner.
